UNBOUND: Freedom through the Heart of Collapse
A 12-week journey for those burdened by the turmoil of the world—and long to know what they must do..
A place to orient from the body—
to grieve what is lost
and to lead with clarity to a more beautiful world.

If you carry the tension of chaotic times….
You open your phone, you turn on the news and brace for the impact of the day.
Sure enough, things are just as bad as yesterday.
No, they’re getting steadily worse.
You know doomscrolling feels terrible—but you have to know what’s going on.
And with each awful news story, your nervous system is even more frayed.
Your chest tightens. Your heart pounds.
Your body swells with heat again.
Your mind swirls with familiar fears and stories.
You feel angry with those who recklessly abuse power.
You feel grief for the suffering of the disenfranchised, of the Earth.
And you feel dread, maybe terror for what is yet to come.
Your heart breaks for all the world’s children.
You want to do something, but you don’t know what to do.
Calling your representatives, voting isn’t enough.
The feeling of horror remains.
So the weight stays with you—unsettled, displaced, without anywhere solid to land.
There is nothing wrong with you for feeling this.
This is the response of a sensitive, intact nervous system in a time of disruption.
Yet, there is another way to live,
even in these times…
“His presence feels like a steady anchor, giving me the safety to explore old emotional wounds, knowing he’s there with me every step of the way.”
— Ellen Cremer, Former Client
“One day you finally knew
what you had to do, and began,”-Mary Oliver, The Journey-
You do not have to feel like a victim—even now.
Even as demagogues cut apart the world—
the power still lies within you.
They want you to feel powerless. They want you overwhelmed.
But it’s possible to feel powerful and aligned.
Indeed, you can’t solve all the world’s problems—
but there’s something that only you can do.
Imagine what would happen if you had the space to feel—
to grieve all that is ending so you can usher in the new.
Imagine clarity of purpose and resolve
So the bad news doesn’t crush you, but motivates.
Imagine laughing fully, breathing deeply
and acting on what you know to be true.
From here, the chaos won’t have ended—
grief will be here too.
And clarity will embolden you—
knowing what is yours to do.
“Our work has … given me an embodied knowing of my greatest gifts and an inner compass that I’ve allowed to guide me .”
—AD, Former Client
Welcome to UNBOUND—a space to be held long enough to release.
UNBOUND is a 12-week initiatory container designed to hold you long enough for your truth and clarity to emerge.
This isn’t about political discourse—but feeling what is most real inside you.
We will stay with what is real without collapsing, or hardening—
so the truth of the heart can emerge.
Somatic practices and attunement allows the body to soften and let go.
Imagination, and reflection allows the inner truth to emerge.
And through council and integration, you can live your life from there.
Throughout the journey, you will be held in a deep, mythic framework.
Though the wisdom of the ancients and their encoded wisdom,
we will find a deeper meaning to this time.
With the orientation of these stories
and the practices to meet it well
you will be held long enough, strongly enough, compassionately enough
so that what has been trapped in you, will be UNBOUND.
The Journey
DEEPEN unfolds over 12 weeks, moving through four intentional phases designed to support embodied clarity and resilience in times of profound change.
Phase I: Stabilization & Contact
Weeks 1–3
We begin by rooting in the body.
These weeks focus on grounding, body awareness, and nervous-system regulation so participants can meet what’s happening in the world without being overwhelmed by it. We build capacity to stay present with difficult information, strong emotions, and uncertainty—without shutting down or spiraling.
This phase establishes safety, rhythm, and trust in the container of your body.
Phase II — Orientation & Meaning
Weeks 4–6
Once a foundation of steadiness is in place, we turn toward meaning.
Here we name what is happening in the world and locate ourselves within it—historically, psychologically, and mythically. Collapse is explored not as a personal failure or something to fix, but as a collective threshold and initiatory moment.
Participants are supported to distinguish truth from reactivity, and clarity from overwhelm.
Phase III — Shadow, Binding, & Integration
Weeks 7–9
As intensity deepens, we turn inward.
This phase works directly with shadow, projection, identity, and othering—especially as they arise in response to world events. We explore how polarization, outrage, and moral certainty function psychologically, and how containment and limits are essential during times of descent.
Rather than acting out what is stirred, participants learn how to meet it with honesty, care, and responsibility.
Phase IV — Grounding & Continuation
Weeks 10–12
We close by orienting toward how to live from here.
The final weeks focus on integration, limits, and grounded continuation. Attention turns toward energy stewardship, relationship to land and place, and what each participant is now called to carry forward.
The journey concludes with reflection and harvest—not as an ending, but as a threshold into ongoing life.
What Sessions Are Like
Each session is carefully held and intentionally structured, while remaining responsive to what is alive in the group and in the world.
This work weaves together multiple modalities in service of one aim: helping you remain embodied, coherent, and human in the midst of profound change.
Sessions may include:
Somatic practices to regulate the nervous system and build capacity
Mythic frameworks to orient what’s happening personally and collectively
Teaching and reflection on current and historical patterns shaping this moment
Deep imagination journeys to support integration and insight
Shadow work to meet projection, identity, and inner conflict with honesty
Council-style sharing to be witnessed without fixing or debate
Between sessions, participants will have access to a private group space (Signal or a mutually agreed platform) for connection, reflection, and support, as well as direct access to me for brief check-ins as needed.
In addition to the group work, each participant receives two individual 1-on-1 somatic sessions during the 12 weeks, offering more focused support and integration.
This is not a space for political debate or activism strategy—even as we confront the realities of this world.
It is a space for becoming more resourced, more truthful, and more embodied in the face of what is unfolding—so that action, when it comes, arises from clarity rather than compulsion.
“We practice ‘going within and coming back out’ without falling apart.”
— MKK, Former client

There is a way to hold the complexity of these times
without collapsing into overwhelmor retreating into apathy.
You can make sense of what’s happening without losing yourself.
Here, your emotions aren’t a problem to manage,
but a path to follow.
Here, your engagement is not mere performance.
Instead, you move as you are called.
Freed from the reactivity that keeps people divided and controlled,
You regain the capacity to respond.
It is not up to you to solve all the world’s problems.
But there is something only you can do.
“If I hadn’t gotten in touch with this deep yearning, I don’t know how I would have created the space in my life to re-orient and reprioritize my choices as I have.”
— Jacob Chapman, Former client

You feel the weight of what’s happening in the world in your body
You want to meet fear, anger, grief, and longing without numbing, bypassing, or acting them out
You’re seeking a way to stay engaged with these times without burning out or hardening
You sense that clarity and agency must come from grounding and integration, not urgency
You carry a lot internally and are looking for a held, intentional space to meet it with others
This space is not for you if…
You’re looking for certainty, solutions, or a roadmap for fixing the world
You want comfort without being changed by what you’re facing
You’re seeking rescue, reassurance, or someone to tell you what to believe
You’re unwilling to stay with ambiguity, complexity, or not-knowing
You are currently experiencing suicidal ideation
(This container is not designed for crisis support or acute stabilization.)
What you’ll get:
UNBOUND won’t remove your difficulties—or the troubles of the world.
But it will help you authentically meet them.
This is not an easy path.
But you were made for these times.
With the right kind of support, a new kind of strength arises—
not rigid or defended,
but responsive, grounded, and alive.
This isn’t freedom from the world’s troubles.
But the freedom to act within it.
“My quality of life went from the worst to the best it’s ever been.”

FAQs
-
All calls will be recorded and you will be given access to the recording. That said, much of the healing will come from being together, so you’re highly encouraged to attend live.
-
UNBOUND is designed to hold a wide range of internal experience—especially the kinds of responses that arise when living through destabilizing times. You may arrive carrying grief, fear, anger, confusion, numbness, or a sense of pressure that hasn’t had anywhere to land.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re holding. Many people enter with a felt sense that something is there, without clear language yet. This container is built to support emergence over time, rather than requiring clarity at the outset.
What’s most important is a willingness to stay present with your experience—without needing to resolve, perform, or explain it away.
Practically, you’re encouraged to bring:
a journal or something to write with
items that support comfort and grounding
a reliable internet connection and device
a willingness to engage honestly, at your own pace
You don’t need to arrive regulated, clear, or “ready.”
You do need a basic capacity to stay with yourself and the group as things unfold. -
This container is designed to hold intensity well.
There will be intense moments—what you’re feeling is probably intense right now. Though, this space will move at a pace that is solid and gentle, so you can relate with this in a new way.
We are not seeking intensity, but clarity. When it comes, you will not be alone with it. You will be supported every step of the way.
-
You’re not expected to do anything you don’t feel a “yes” to. There is encouragement and opportunity to connect with other members of the circle—but trust will emerge slowly over time. You may begin to see the others as more than just strangers. And still, you need only share what serves you to share.
-
This is a circle. And it will be supportive.
And it’s not like a typical support circle.
We will look directly at the pattern of our times. We will do deep, confronting work together.
A support circle is about feeling better.
This is about being more alive. -
What matters most is your presence and honesty.
This is not something to consume in the background. When we meet, you’re asked to be fully present—on screen, attentive, and engaged—even if you choose not to speak.
You’ll also be invited to share reflections or experiences in the group space between sessions, as feels appropriate to you.
Please plan to arrive on time and to treat the shared container with care. Your presence contributes to the integrity of the group.
-
The pay-in-full price is $2,000.
If this is unachievable, payment plans can be arranged.
Meet Daniel, your guide:
I work at the intersection of healing and social change.
My journey has been a wandering path through the realms of activism, healing, spirituality, and myth—weaving these disparate threads.
From the front lines of Standing Rock to the depths of the desert wilderness, I have walked with a deep question:
How do I live in greatest service to the world?
I hold a conviction that each of us holds in intrinsically important role in helping to bring the world to life.
And that guidance is within each and every one.
My work weaves somatic training, activist experience, mythic consciousness, and ferocious care—to craft a container strong enough for you to remember what is yours to do.
“Each note is a need coming through one of us,
a passion, a longing-pain.
Remember the lips
where the wind-breath originated,
and let your note be clear.”-Rumi-
